Yvette was born and raised in Chicago, IL. Yvette joined Decatur Eye Care in an effort to expand her knowledge in a new field of business and looks forward to helping the friendly and professional practice remain the best place to go for eye care health. Prior to this, Yvette served as Special Project Administrator for a Chicago based financial institution.
In her current role as an Office Manager with over 8 years of experience, she has a deep love for the field of optometry and a genuine desire to offer the best eye care to our patients. Her passion lies in creating a seamless patient experience while ensuring efficient office operations.
She is also dedicated to providing personalized care, ensuring our patients feel valued and well-informed. In addition, she successfully manages the Decatur Eye Care Team, fostering a collaborative and motivated team so they too can provide excellent patient care, along with maintaining adherence to privacy and optometric compliance. When Yvette is not providing excellent service at Decatur Eye care, she enjoys travelling and spending time with her husband Clifton, and their dog Mid-Knight.
